HB WILL SOCIALIZE THE LIZARRA-GARAZI AGREEMENT. In much the same way as the whole MLNVand the future PNV-EA Government will do in Gasteiz (capital of the Basque Autonomous Region). At the one hand those verses explain show and express the deep wound constanly open, deepened again and again in Basque society´s construction. For so many women and men are missing and moved away to Spanish and French jails and others are living in exile or deported. That absence is a constant wound stirred up and worsen by the so called curing brews. Brews of constant blackmailing aimed at forcing them to an indignifying betrayel, humiliation and surrender.

That absence is a wound that torments any missing Basque women or man and those who miss them. For they fear the suffering of vexations humiliations violation of their rights beating ups and torture of Spanish and the French States. The absence is PERMANENTLY present but this very last week the absence of loved ones has been specially obvious every day. It can be easily shown by revising the following titles (each one of them written in different days) of EUSKADI INFORMACION: Prisonners´ families want them near home for Christmas. The Spanish House of Commons didn´t adress the issue of bringing the Basque political prisoners over to the Basque Country. PNV encourages PP to bring over the prisoners before Christmas. Gestoras have reported that the prisoners are "political hostages" of both Sates. HB calls on PNV and EA to join the the call for actions for prisoners. Pronouncement against the dispersion of the Basque prisoners all over the Spanish and French State.

Today November 16th EUSKADI INFORMACION´S frontpage big headline said "THE EXILIADOS HAVE COME BACK HOME". And all the papers mention the news. The showing up of a bunch of deportees in the celebaration of the DAY OF THE REFUGEES held in Beskoitze, a village located in the Northern side of the Basque Country (under the French State), has challenged the French State by coming back to their home country. The clear warning of their spokesman was published: PEACE IS NOT POSSIBLE IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY unless the Spanish and French Governments recocgnize the right of prisoners refugees and deportees to live in their own home land.

In adition to missing a loved family member the absence consists of something that first belonged and then was lost and gone: a nation´s liberty sovereignty and independence. The loss of the Navarrese State (Estado Navarro, which is the Spanish name of Euskal Herria) over four centuries ago, since 1521. Absence and missing both starting motors of all the new political stage opened by the Pronouncemt of Lizarra-Garazi Agreement and the Basque Revolutionary Socialistic National Liberation Organization´s (ETA) truce.

It´s been also the Starting motor that caused EUSKADI IFORMACION and DEIA of sunday 15th to informe extensively about HB´s POLITICAL ACCION DOCUMENT proposed by the National Commetee of HB. It will be raised for discussion in all the villages towns and cities´ assemblies and later on November 28th in the National Assembly to be deffinitively approved.

The crucial outlines of the documet are the socializing of Lizarra- Garazi Agreement untill the creation of Basque Country´s Town council´s National Assembly so that the National Agreement´s local development gets rooted in the masses (and so becomes an irresistible material force).

The document also proposes to keep Eukal-Herritarrok´s acronym for the coming town council elections House business commetee elections of Araba Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa (name of three Basque provinces out of seven included in the Basque Autonomous Region) as well as for the Navarrese Autonomous Regional election. And make a commitment to support PNV-EA Government in the Basque institutions no matter what.

I´m not a prophete but just realistic: so we better had not disregard the fact that such attitudes could force ETA to announce the end of its truce and renew hostilities.

Persisting in such attitude would be a SENSELESS INSANITY of the French and Spanish States. But it also has been International Monopolistic Capital`s SENSELESS INSATNITY to use its armed wing (Unated States of America) to sabotage the summit of Buenos Aires, and so be able to move towards a world scale ecological desaster.

So we can better see that day by day it´s geting more and more clear that it must be either COMUNISM OR CHAOS.
